Within the framework of the "QR Gastronomic Quality: Evaluating and Improving the Gastronomic Quality of Tourist Services to Increase the Attractiveness of Karakalpakstan" social order project, funded by the Public Fund for Supporting Civil Society Institutions under the Oliy Majlis of the Republic of Uzbekistan, experts and employees of the DMO Karakalpakstan have begun conducting surveys among entrepreneurs - owners of catering facilities.

The purpose of the survey is to assess the current state of service quality in restaurants and cafes of the Republic of Karakalpakstan, opportunities for gastronomic tourism.

Based on the survey results, an analysis will be conducted and recommendations will be developed to improve the quality of services provided.
